Turntable Tea Party

Join us for an album listening party and enjoy a special release tea blend with old and new friends! 

An Alchemy & Herbs and Reverberation Records new monthly event, the first ever Turntable Tea Party is on Friday October 20th, 6pm-8pm. In October we're featuring the album Closing Time by Tom Waits, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of its release. We'll be serving a special release tea blend to go along with the featured album.

Closing Time was Tom Waits' first album, when both his voice and his music were smooth. It's melancholic and beautiful, and has a bittersweet nostalgic vibe, even if you've never heard it before. If you're a Tom Waits fan, you probably already love this album. If you're not too familiar with Tom Waits, you may fall in love with him on Friday.

Reservations aren't required, and you can drop in anytime. The album goes on at 6:30pm.

Never been here before? Alchemy & Herbs is located in downtown Exeter at 121 Water St. We're down two flights of stairs and can be accessed from Water Street, or from the riverside.
