Ribbon Cutting -9Round - Epping

Join us for an Exeter Area Chamber Ribbon Cutting to Welcome New Member, Darrin Frowery of 9Round in Epping on August 11, 2021 at 10:00 am at Brickyard Square in Epping, NH.
 

• 9Round is a 30 minute full-body kickboxing workout where we don’t teach you how to kickbox, but will show you some basic techniques that will lend to a very fun, but very challenging workout.
• We’ve got 9 different stations (rounds) where you will spend 3 minutes at each station and then perform a 30 second exercise in between rounds.
• The rounds change EVERYDAY, so you NEVER perform the same workout twice.
• Trainers are included in the membership cost and they will guide you every step through your workout including demonstrating each round and perfecting proper technique.
• Unlimited workouts…come every day or twice a day :)
• BEST PART - no classes…no class times.  You can NEVER be late.  Your workout starts the second you walk through the door.
