Little Yogis at Positive Vibes!!
Kids Yoga has arrived at Positive Vibes Yoga & Wellness!!
The Little Yogis 6 week series starts January 15th 2020 and runs through February 19th.
Start off the new year with mindfulness and movement for your 2-5 year old.
You and your child will be lead through a fun and engaging class with Hayley. Your little yogi will be focusing on breathing techniques, listening skills, yoga postures, and savasana for quiet time.
Not only is class time fun, but pieces of this practice can be carried throughout the day and beyond - a few deep breaths, body awareness, the ability to pause and reflect are practices to be used anytime and anywhere.
This intimate group is waiting for you and your little one to join today!

Fees/Admission
$70 investment for the entire 6 week series every Wednesday stating January 15th 2020.
Or a $15 drop in rate per class.
