Annual Chamber Children’s Fund Duck Race

The 4thAnnual Exeter Duck Race has joined forces with the Powder Keg Beer and Chili Fest at the Water Street Entrance of Swasey Parkway.  It will be ducks, ducks and more ducks! Purchase one of 1500 little rubber ducks for only $5 or a “Quack Pack” of 5 ducks for $20. If your duck finishes first the prize is $1006, 2ndplace is $250 and 3rdplace is $100.  The Exeter Fire Department will drop the ducks from the ladder truck extended over the Squamscott River and the ducks will “swim” toward the Powder Keg Beer and Chili Festival.  The duck drop will happen at 3:00 pm so be sure to purchase yours by 2:30 pm. Come cheer on your duck, you could be the big winner!

All Proceeds of the Duck Race support The Chamber Children’s Fund (CCF) which provides vouchers for warm bedding and clothing for needy children in the 10 communities served by the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce.  Since its inception in 1989 CCF has distributed nearly $1,000,000! Get your duck and help keep some kids warm this winter!
