2025 Cookie Crawl

We’re excited to bring you the Cookie Crawl, a sweet community event celebrating our Chamber’s unique businesses! While the Burger Bowl and Great Cocktail & Mocktail Challenge focus on local restaurants, the Cookie Crawl is all about showcasing our non-restaurant Chamber members!

All Chamber members (non-restaurant businesses) are invited to participate! Whether you run a shop, a studio, or another type of business, we’d love to have you. No storefront? No problem! The Chamber office can be your cookie crawl pitstop.
 

How It Works

For Businesses (The Cookie Stops):

• REGISTER HERE (the box to the right)! The Chamber will provide a sign for you to display.
• ​Leave out a tray of your favorite cookies (store-bought are fine!). Cookies are free for the public!
• Have a list of ingredients/allergens on hand.
  • You don’t need to display it, but be sure to have the ingredient list available for any allergen questions from visitors.
• Both businesses and participants can take pictures of the Cookie Crawl and share on social media.
• Tag the local business and use the hashtags #EACC #2025CookieCrawl.
• Encourage crawlers to check off your location on their Bingo cards.
• Level up! Offer a $10 gift card as a raffle prize. 

• Print or screenshot the Bingo card. Pre-printed Bingo cards are available at the Chamber office and participating businesses.
• Use the Google map to find participating locations.Visit as many businesses as you’d like, enjoy cookies, and check off your card.
• Share your cookie adventure on social media by tagging the business and use  #EACC #2025CookieCrawl to tag the Chamber.

• Visit 5 locations = 1 raffle entry
• Visit 10 locations = 2 raffle entries
• Visit 15 locations = 3 raffle entries
• Visit all locations = 4 raffle entries
• Get a Bingo (any direction) = 3 additional entries!
• Submit Your Bingo Card:
  • Email a picture of your completed card, or drop off the physical card at the Chamber office.
  • Email to: info@exeterarea.org with the subject line “Cookie Crawl 2025”.
