Karen Brieger is the Founder of Pinnacle Connections HR, LLC, providing fractional, consulting, and advisory HR expertise to small and medium-sized companies. With over 25 years of experience, Karen excels in enhancing employee experience, implementing impactful talent acquisition strategies, and managing people-centric integrations during mergers and acquisitions. She has led successful integrations for over 10 acquisitions and spearheaded a global initiative to boost customer focus, significantly improving organizational awareness and revenue goals. Karen’s previous experience has included Therapy Brands, NextPhase Medical Devices, Bottomline Technologies, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Smiths Medical, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
A Pennsylvania native, she now lives in New Hampshire with her family and two rescue dogs and holds a bachelor's degree from Widener University.
